romantic and fairly clean place with friendly staff with 3 different staff members. newly furnished room, pretty decent and very good breakfasts. wonderful view of the hotel's gardens from the window. safe area, very central location so close to trainstation, the tube station and a long shopping street leading to monnaie and grand place.

The breakfast was marvellous, the location next to the center is amazing, and the room is reasonably sized and airy with nice decor.

It has an exceptionally nice location easy to walk to the city centre.

The location was favourable and so ideal - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Also, the property was close to a train station.

The location of this place is stunning, right at Proximus, and the units on the higher floors are heated, making it even better.

Making a booking was easy. The hotel is a very good addition to the facilities available for frequent business visitors to Brussels.

Efficiency of stqff at check in could be improved. Each time I have stayed this has been slow.

Snacked rooms, unfavourable area

Our room was well heated and had a mini bar, a writing desk, and a chair. The breakfast was delicious with a sensational garden view and a wide range of food. The staff were excellent, super friendly, and the location was unbeatable near the Gaard du Nord.

Close to the airport and close to the city center. Very nice and comfi rooms and great bathroom.

A little bit expensive, but it worths it.

Clean Room

Hotel is clean. Large Rooms.

Location: Hotel is close to the Gare du Nord which makes it easily accessible, but at the same time a bit far from city center. Moreover the surroundings (with the exception of the business district immediately south) are more than questionable. Local acquaintances warned us to walk to the hotel by night alone! Front desk: Exceptionally slow in all issues. Expect long check-out queues in the morning. The operating procedures do not seem practical for a large hotel: Even when booking secured by credit card, they charge in advance not only the full amount but also a supplement of 50 eur for possible surcharges on minibar/pay- TV etc. The most competent person on the front-desk seemed to be the intern... Also the staff in the bar/restaurant/breakfast is somewhat slooooooooooooow.

The room had a comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom, climate control, and a convenient writing desk.

The hotel has very good facilities.

It is bad service of front desk.
